Wake - up:
For wake-up call, please call the reception. Alternatively, dial 60 on your phone and then dial the time you wish, in four-digit form.
Check - Out:
On the day you check out, you must leave your room by 12:00 noon. If you wish to stay any longer, you must contact the reception, by 12:00 noon of the previous day. When you depart, please leave your room key at the reception.
Doctor:
Our hotel offers the service of medical practitioner who can pay visits to the hotel.
Taxi:
Please, contact the reception at least half an hour before your departure.
Sightseeing and trips:
Our reception staff will be more than happy to give you information on local attractions, organized trips and opening - hours for museums and archaeological sites, as well aw provide you with the relevant leaflets.
Renting a car or motorcycle:
To rent a car or motorcycle, please contact the reception.
Star Cafe:
It is located on the first floor, at the same level with the pool, it is air - conditioned, has a satellite TV, and serves coffee, drinks, ice-cream, desserts and snacks. You can look for the Star Café opening hours on the stand at the entrance.
Breakfast:
A breakfast buffet is served every day at the Star Café, as well as the outdoor space of the hotel (pool-veranda). For breakfast serving hours, check the stand at the Star Café entrance.(8:00 - 10:30).
Exchange:
You can exchange money from most currencies at the reception cash desk.
Credit Cards:
We accept all major credit cards.
Towels:
Ask the reception staff for towels for the pool or the sea.

Pool:
The pool contains fresh, chlorinated water. For opening hours, check on the stand at the reception and the pool entrance. Children under 15 should always be supervised by their parents, in the pool area.
Air-Conditioning:
It can be adjusted from the thermostat in your room. The air-condition turns off automatically, when you open a window.
Electric Supply:
The electric voltage is 200V. Electricity turns on in the room, when you insert your card key in the slot located next to the door.

Direct dial phones operate in all rooms and suites. Just dial the number of the room you wish to call. For an external line, first dial (number) 0. All calls are automatically charged to your account.
Radio and TV:
National and satellite channels, as well as a music channel, are available on TV in all rooms.
Safe Deposit:
Small safes are provided in the closet of your room, for your valuables. We recommend you use them, as the hotel bears no responsibility for items that are not kept inside them. There is no additional cost for the use of cases.
